Return Conditions:

• Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• For food products, opened, damaged, or spoiled items cannot be returned.

Return Process:

• Please send your return request via email to info@sezaibey.com.
• Once we receive and inspect the product, if it meets the conditions, the refund will be issued within 7 business days using the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

• If the product is defective, return shipping is paid by us.
• In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
