ANALYSIS
On this page we publish the analysis we conduct immediately after the harvest. Over the course of a year until the next harvest, the values change according to the aging of the olive oil.
Sensory testing
The result of the preliminary sensory analysis complies with the requirements of COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2568/91 (as amended) for an olive oil of the ‘extra virgin’ category.
Chemical analysis
With regard to the chemical analysis carried out, the present sample complies with the requirements of COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2568/91 (as amended) for extra virgin olive oil.
Pesticide testing
Within the scope of the tests carried out, the present sample complies with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005 (Pesticide Residues Maximum Level Regulation) in its currently valid version. No pesticides are detectable in our olive oils.

- Free fatty acids: SEZAİ BEY Extra Virgin Olive Oil → 0.29%
- Polyphenol content: SEZAİ BEY Extra Virgin Olive Oil → 327 mg/kg
