DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES AND SUBJECT

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between the BUYER and the SELLER under the terms and conditions stated below. The BUYER and the SELLER shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.

ARTICLE 1.3 – SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties pursuant to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product or service whose specifications and sale price are stated, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website www.sezaibey.com belonging to the SELLER.

shall mean.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERED PRODUCT

The type, quantity, sale price and payment details of the ordered product are specified in the order summary and the preliminary information form.

VAT is included in the product price.

ARTICLE 4 – PRELIMINARY INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE BUYER

The BUYER accepts that they have been informed accurately and completely about the basic characteristics of the product, sale price, payment method, delivery conditions, right of withdrawal and return conditions before placing the order.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 – Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer or EFT.

5.2 – Orders shall not be processed unless the product price is paid in full.

5.3 – In bank transfer or EFT payments, if the payment is not completed within 3 business days, the order shall be cancelled.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

6.1 – The ordered product shall be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within a maximum of 30 days from the order date.

6.2 – Shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER unless otherwise stated.

6.3 – The product must be checked upon delivery and damaged products must not be accepted.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 – The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.

7.2 – Notification of withdrawal must be made via e-mail.

7.3 – For food products, the right of withdrawal is subject to the condition that the product packaging has not been opened, damaged or used.

7.4 – Products to be returned must be sent complete and intact.

ARTICLE 8 – PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for opened food products, products prepared in line with personal needs and perishable products.

ARTICLE 9 – RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

The BUYER may submit complaints and objections to the SELLER. In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts located at the BUYER’s place of residence shall be authorized.

ARTICLE 10 – EVIDENCE AGREEMENT

In disputes that may arise between the Parties, the SELLER’s records shall constitute evidence.

ARTICLE 11 – EFFECTIVENESS

This Agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER.
