SEZAİ BEY – EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By ATEŞ ZEYTİNYAĞLARI İTHALAT İHRACAT VE SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ
(“SEZAİ BEY”), within the scope of the “SEZAİ BEY – Personal Data Processing
Information Notice” presented to me in accordance with the relevant provisions
of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), and provided that
my explicit consent exists, for the purpose of carrying out marketing activities;

(i) If I give my approval pursuant to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic
Commerce, my contact information such as my e-mail address and mobile phone
number may be used to contact me, to carry out advertising, promotion and
marketing activities, and to inform me about new products, campaigns,
discounts and announcements, including all commercial and non-commercial
communications,

(ii) If I share it, my date of birth data may be used for carrying out
advertising and marketing activities, conducting personalized advertising and
marketing activities based on my usage habits, and offering personalized
discounts, campaigns and special pricing on special occasions such as my
birthday,

(iii) My contact information and information regarding the products I have
purchased may be recorded in customer systems for the purposes of creating a
customer database, improving and personalizing customer experience, enabling
easier access to my order history and providing better services to me,

I hereby accept, declare and undertake that my personal data may be collected,
processed, stored electronically for a limited period, and transferred to
suppliers and third parties from whom services are obtained, for processing or
storage purposes, by taking the technical and administrative security measures
required by applicable legislation.

Within this scope, I explicitly consent under KVKK to the processing of my
personal data for the purposes stated above; and I acknowledge and approve,
with my explicit consent, that unless I request the deletion, anonymization or
destruction of my personal data, the above-mentioned data processing activities
will continue to be carried out by
